Job Family : Federal Contracts Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : None What You Will Do: Support Guidehouse’s public sector teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Include: Assist the Guidehouse US Government Contracts and the public sector teams with contract administration from cradle to grave including preparing and reviewing documents like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
- Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
- Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish terms and conditions for assigned contracts.
- Effectively communicate issues and propose solution(s) for contractual challenges.
- Participate in proposal preparation as a member of the team with special emphasis on reviewing contract terms for risks and compliance.
- Process contract awards, modifications, and close out of US Government contracts and subcontracts with external and internal customers.
- Monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines.
- Maintain contractual documentation for applicable Guidehouse agreements in various internal databases.
- What You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 2-4 years of experience as a contracts professional in the Federal government marketplace preferred.
- What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience in contract administration; Experience working with Federal Government contracts; Great organization and writing skills; and Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
