1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at joinhealthtech.com and the job discovery, search, alert, and application-tracking services provided by JoinHealthTech.com (“JoinHealthTech.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

JoinHealthTech.com aggregates technology and healthcare-related job postings from public employer career sites and makes them searchable, filterable, and alertable in one place. We also provide tools to track your applications, save jobs, and manage your search. We do not guarantee that any job listing is accurate, current, available, or suitable for you. You apply directly through the employer’s own website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

JoinHealthTech.com offers a free plan and a paid “Pro” plan. Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe, Inc. Fees automatically renew each month until you cancel. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend your Pro features until payment is resolved.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time through your dashboard, which will redirect you to Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months unless required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access or collect data from the Services.
• Circumvent access controls, reveal limits, or authentication mechanisms.
• Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with the performance, security, or availability of the Services.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users or employers.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as resumes, application notes, and saved searches. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Services. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

9. Intellectual Property

The JoinHealthTech.com name, logo, software, design, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Job listings and employer content belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only.

10. Third-Party Links

The Services contain links to third-party employer websites, payment processors, and authentication providers. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of those third-party sites. Your interactions with employers are governed by their own policies.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY JOB LISTING IS ACCURATE. JOINHEALTHTECH.COM IS NOT A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, LEGAL, CAREER, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JOINHEALTHTECH.COM OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JoinHealthTech.com and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
