About this role

Responsibilities: • Review, update, and revise assigned content based on scheduled and triggered review cycles, as well as customer needs and requests, and current events in health care such as guideline update under the guidance of a Clinical Editor. • Ensure all content is accurate, evidence-based, and adheres to current clinical practice guidelines and standards. • Support the editing and updating of assigned content based on scheduled review cycles. • Manage assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained. • Engage with internal teams to support content needs and respond to basic clinical inquiries from the Customer Success and Service team under the guidance of a Clinical Editor. May support the JIRA ticket process. • Participate in team meetings. • Be aware of related professional organization and/or governing body updates regarding nursing practice. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Patient Engagement leadership team. Qualifications: • Registered Nurse with an unencumbered license. • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher.
