Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite The Senior Portfolio Manager, Connectivity will lead strategy and growth of the Acute Care Connectivity portfolio, driving customer value, portfolio performance, and competitive differentiation. This role will identify market opportunities, set portfolio priorities, and partner across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and ProCare to advance Connectivity initiatives and bring new capabilities to market. As a high-impact, high-visibility role, this individual will help define the next generation of Connectivity and digital solutions, shaping portfolio investments and growth opportunities that support the future evolution of the Acute Care business. This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI office. What you will do Develop and execute the Acute Care Connectivity strategy to enhance customer value, strengthen portfolio performance, and drive competitive differentiation. Conduct customer, patient, market, and competitive research to identify needs, trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities that inform strategic priorities and product roadmaps.
