The Order Management Specialist oversees the complete lifecycle of PCS orders from entry to cash collection while ensuring order quality and contractual compliance. Operating in a hybrid capacity, this role collaborates with field teams, regional stakeholders, and shared services to manage order execution, resolve accounts receivable issues, and support billing processes. Additionally, the specialist actively participates in continuous process improvement and Lean initiatives.
