Key Responsibilities

Gather and translate client and business needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, Product, and Technology teams to develop and enhance solutions.
Support product development, configuration, and issue resolution.
Analyze healthcare workflows and identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of Business Analyst experience , ideally in a Product Owner or similar role.
Healthcare technology experience required; HIM or clinical document workflow experience preferred .
Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
Knowledge of clinical, RCM, and patient journey workflows preferred.
Experience with AI and product requirements preferred.
HIM certification is a plus but not required.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 USD - $96,028.00 USD
