This hybrid role is primarily customer-facing, with responsibility for leading adoption strategy, stakeholder engagement, change enablement, and value realization for Life Sciences customers. The role also contributes to building scalable offerings, delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and service models that strengthen the practice and support future growth.
The Senior Manager, Life Sciences Adoption Strategy & Delivery is a senior individual contributor who partners with customers, Oracle teams, and practice leadership to help Life Sciences organizations successfully adopt Oracle solutions and realize measurable business value. The role combines hands-on delivery leadership with strategic practice development. The successful candidate will lead adoption planning and execution for customer engagements while translating lessons learned into repeatable methods, playbooks, and offerings. IC4 Career Level.
